Legit beach bums aren't known for lifting weights, we run, we surf, we eat what mother nature gives to us. We live, we laugh and we make memories. We charge ourselves with nature. We better our minds, our bodies and our souls. Rain or shine we're out and about, working out because with a fit healthy body we can enjoy our days guilt free while looking good!

 

The workout use plyometrics inspired by surfing moves, isometrics and HIIT to increase speed, stamina, endurance and core strength. All the vital aspects of fitness and health.
